I have two separate quickbooks online accounts, personal and business. I am seeing bank transactions from my personal account, in my business account. What is going on?

Let's check to see why you're getting personal transactions, Amy.

Please double-check your connected account if it's your personal or business account. The type and the bank balance shown on Banking will give you a hint of what it is. In the old Banking interface, you will see the last four 4 digits of the account number.

If it's your personal account, you can disconnect it and connect the business account after. If it's already the business account, you'll want to exclude your personal transactions. Then, contact our Support to check why you're experiencing cross feeds. They will be able to start a screen-sharing session to investigate this.

I'd also like to add that QuickBooks has no control over the feeds. It will only show you the transactions sent by your financial institution. You may want to consider uploading them while you're having issues with the feeds.
