Thanks for bringing this receipts concern to our attention, @eandstruckllc,

This feature in QuickBooks Self-Employed is up and running just fine. Also, there aren't any pending reports from other users having the same problem with attaching them.

In the meantime, log in to your QBSE account in a private window. Large data in the cache can affect QuickBooks performance and can cause unexpected issues like features not working properly. Try any of these keyboard shortcuts to launch the private browser:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
Safari: press Command Shift N

Once done, try to attach the PDF file and see if you're able to do it successfully. If it does, clear the browser's cache to remove the history and start with a clean slate.

If you already tried this and still can get the receipts to attach, I recommend contacting our Support Team to report the problem to our engineers. Click this link to get out contact information: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support

In the meantime, here's what you need to know about the Receipts feature for QBSE:

Let me know how it goes. I'll be right here if you need anything else. Have a nice day!
