Question

I'm setting up QB and connected my bank account, a deposit came in allocated to "Sales", but does not show as sales on my dboard, do I need to set something else up?

Thanks for joining us here in the Community, @mike-faul59.

I hope all is well. You can adjust the sales on your dashboard to reflect days, weeks, months, and years. This will help reflect your deposit for sales on your dashboard. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard in QuickBooks.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of Sales.
  3. Select one of the ten options listed.

Now you can choose how your sales show up on your dashboard. The sales tab shows the amount of profit you make by customer. If you run a Sales by Customer Detail report for the date range, you can see the amount calculated and the details of each sale from your customer.
