Hi there, @jchandler140-gma.

I'm glad to share with you the steps to reconcile your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Go to the gear icon and under TOOLS select Reconcile
  2. In the Account field, choose the account you need to reconcile. Make sure it's the same on your statement.
  3. Review the Beginning balance. This should also match with your statement, if they don't here's what you need to do.
  4. Enter your Ending balance and the Ending date.
  5. Click Start reconciling.
  6. Once you reach the difference of zero, select Finish now and then Done (see screenshots for reference).

Additionally, to have a handy copy of your reconciled transactions, you can pull up a report in QuickBooks Online. For the detailed steps, refer to this article: Reconciliation report. This article also provides steps on how to print and export the report to Excel.
