Hello there, @honmachisteaknsu!

You have the option to manually upload your bank transactions so you can keep them tracked. I'm here to help you accomplish this.

First off, the initial setup of your bank for online banking can only download your transactions for the last 90 days. Thus, you can consider manually downloading your transactions directly from your bank's website. Once completed, here's how you can upload your transactions:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Under Bank and Credit Cards, select your bank or credit card account.
  3. On the Update menu, select File upload.
  4. Find and open your downloaded transactions.
  5. Select Upload.
  6. Click Finish.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can manually upload your transactions: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, I've also added this helpful article that'll help you handle your transactions after uploading them: Download, Match, and Categorize your bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

It'll be always my pleasure to help if you have any other concerns, please let me know in the comments down below.
