I need to change bank account over to our new business account how do you do that?

It's a delight to see you in the Community! I'm here to help change your bank account in QuickBooks Online. 

Which bank account do you want to update? Are you referring to the bank information where you customers' payments are deposited to?

If so, you can change this information to your new business account from your QuickBooks Payments account. Here are steps to guide you through:

1. Login to the Online Service Center.
2. From the menu, choose Account, then Account Profile. 
3. Click Edit in the Deposit Account Information section. 
4. Verify the Phone Number to receive your confirmation code and the way you would like to get it.
5. Enter the code after clicking the Get Confirmation code button.
6. Type in the new routing and account number. 
7. Click the Reason for this account change drop-down menu.
8. Pick Submit.
