I need to undo a reconciliation, but there is only a print option, not undo.

You can uncheck each cleared transaction one by one

Or hire your invited accountant user to do it (their version includes the undo option)

Or invite yourself (with an alternate email) as one of your accountant users, create a QBOA (accountant) account and access your company and then undo the reconciliation
