Hi there, doctodoclocum.

We'll make sure that the bank tranaction is recorded properly in your bank register.

Have you tried deleting the transfer in an incognito/private browsing window? Too much cache or a browser issue might have caused the transfer to show as an expense. Follow these steps if you haven't tried them yet:

First, switch to an incognito browsing session using these keyboard shortcuts to initiate an incognito browsing session:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

Second, log back in to your account and delete the transfer. Then, make another transfer to check if that will show up correctly.

You can also delete cache to delete the files that might have caused the issue. Another option is to use a different compatible browser and record the transfer again.

If the same thing happens, you can use the Write Check option. Just open this article and follow the steps provided in the Transfer with Write Check section: Transfer Funds Between Accounts.
