Question

I see an ACH credit from Intuit Payroll in my bank account, but I can't find it in the QBO transaction list. What is this?

Hey there, cgleberman.

Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm happy to provide some feedback on this. An ACH credit is a promise to arrange a payment from your bank account to the agency being paid. They can also take up to several business days to post which is likely why you haven't seen it hit your QBO transaction list yet.

In the next few business days if you're still not seeing the credit post in the transactions section, I would suggest manually uploading the transaction. You can follow this link for the detailed steps on how to do so: Manually upload transactions

If you have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime. Thank you and have a lovely afternoon.
