Hi there, j_hutton56.

I'm here to assist you with transaction fees.

QuickBooks Payments will help you get paid easily. Please note that there's a fee for every processed payment. You may visit https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/ to see the rates per transaction.

With QuickBooks Payments, there are other features that are beneficial to your business. Just like recurring payments and process a credit card refund within QuickBooks.

Additionally, there are four ways to get paid. You can use either Swipe, Invoice, Key-in, or Bank transfers (ACH). For a lesser transaction fee, you can let your clients pay via bank transfers. When you send an invoice, only select the Bank transfer under Online payments.

You can check these articles for more details: Send online invoices in QuickBooks Online.
