I was paid a deposit of 1000.00 on the 29th of January. It is still not showing in my bank account and it’s January 4 th. How long does it take to process and show

Generally, after your customer made a payment, your funds will be deposited within five business days after your first payment. Here are a few possible reasons why your payment takes a bit longer to be deposited:

• Time of day you enter transactions.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• Financial institution where transactions are deposited.

I'd recommend waiting for a day or two for the deposits to get posted to your bank. If the payments are still not deposited, please contact our Merchant Services team. They can pull up your account and investigate what's causing the delays in receiving deposits.
