If I know longer subscribe to QB, how do I download all the info in my old account?

You can export your data to Excel so you'll have access to your information. Once you can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO), you have read-only access for one year. 

After that, your company file will be deleted. For a free trial, your data is available for 90 days after your trial expires.
