I have another way on how you can check your deposit, goodhousekeeping.

When a customer pays for a product or service with a credit card, funds are deposited into the Merchant account. Eventually, this will be transferred to your business bank account. You'll want to check if your deposit has been posted to your Merchant account.

If this is your first payment, we deposit your funds within five business days. Deposits may take a bit longer while we set up your Merchant account. Once done, deposit will be quicker.

However, if you're not seeing your deposit, I suggest contacting our Merchant Services Support to help you verify if the transactions did go through. They also have the tools to pull up your account securely.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
    • Get the number so you can call us when it's convenient for you.

In case you want to add and match bank transactions, please read this article:Categorize And Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to let us know if you need anything else. I'll be here to help.
