You can check your bank's website for any alerts or maintenance updates that affect transaction syncing, fffchapter.

Before we proceed, have you encountered any specific errors while trying to update your bank transactions?

To verify, sign in to your bank's website. If you're unsure what URL to use, here's what you can do:

  1. Open your QuickBooks account and follow the steps provided in the tool to get started.
  2. Select Link Account to find your bank.
  3. Choose your bank from the list or copy the URL provided.
  4. Log in to your bank or credit card account.

If you're able to sign in successfully, it's a good sign that there aren't any major issues. Next, on your bank's website:

  1. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Check if you can find any display issues as you browse the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  3. Check your bank's website regularly for security updates.

If everything looks fine on Chase's side, return to QuickBooks and use this link to update your bank details: Update your bank info in QuickBooks.

Feel free to return if you have additional concerns. We're here to assist you further.
