Is there a way to look at all business and personal transactions from 2018 through quickbooks? I recorded all transactions for that year and need to review it.

Yes, there's a way to review your all your transactions for 2018 in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Just click on the drop-down arrow on the Date option in the Transactions page and enter the Custom date for 2018. Don't forget to hit on the Apply button after entering the date range.
