Question

Looking at Project Transactions, specifically the Filter function, why does "All Transactions" display deposits, and All Plus Deposits only displays Sales Receipts?

Hey there, @midatlantictemp3.

Before going into detail, I want to ask if you could provide a screenshot of what it's showing you?

For now, this sounds like a browser-related issue. Let's go ahead and try some troubleshooting steps.

First, let's sign in to your QuickBooks Online account through an incognito/private window.

Below are the keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window:

  • Google Chrome -press CTRL+SHIFT+N.
  • Mozilla Firefox - press CTRL+SHIFT+P.
  • Microsoft Edge - press CTRL+SHIFT+P.
  • Safari - press Command+Shift+N.

Once you've completed the steps above and your "All Transactions" feature shows all of your transactions for your Project, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies for better browser performance.

Please let me know if the steps above do the trick. If you have any more questions, I'm always here to help. Have a good one!

Hello again, @midatlantictemp3. Thanks for providing screenshots.

When setting up the Filter as All transactions, this will show all your transactions created for that specific project as well as when setting it as All plus deposit

Keep in mind that setting up the date will also matter what is displayed on your page.

To isolate the issue, I recommend making sure setting up the date filter correctly before applying changes. Then, check to see how it works.
