My bank account information won't download transactions before 2/15/20, and I'm trying to enter books for 2019 through present. Can I hand enter?

Let me assist you with your bank transactions.

When you connect your bank, some old transactions won't be automatically downloaded. However, there's still a workaround. 

You can manually add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed. What we need is a CSV file from your bank. Sign in to your bank account and look for an option to export, download, or view past bank statements.

Once you have it already, you can now import it. Simply go to the Gear icon and select Imports. I've added this a reference if you need help on how to categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
