My bank balance for savings will not update after I download the file for QB's online

When a file is downloaded to QuickBooks, you'll have to make sure that it is posted in the correct register. Consider reviewing your bank account register by click View register under the ACTION column in your Chart of Accounts.

• New transactions for a connected account
• Duplicate transactions
