My qbo balance is different from my actual bank balance

I'll help you in making sure that your bank balance will be matched to your actual statement.

Since you've mentioned that there's a duplicate entry in your reconciliation window, this can be the reason why you're getting a discrepancy in your bank account. However, we can still correct it by deleting this entry. 

Here's how:

1. Resume your reconciliation by going to the Accounting menu and select Reconcile.
2. Choose the account from the Account drop-down list, then click Resume reconciling.
3. Look for the duplicated entry and Edit it by clicking the transaction. This will show the options where you can modify the entry.
4. On the transaction window, click More and select Delete to remove it. 

This will now match the entries you've made in QuickBooks to your actual bank statement.
