Question

No new transactions listed since 10/13 (they happen daily). Do I need to do something to unfreeze it? How long is it supposed to take for my bank deposits to show here?

Thanks for reaching out to us today, @katie52.

QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Some banks download transactions the day after they post to your bank's website.

You can manually update your bank to get the latest available transactions from the last automatic download. Bank connections sometimes get interrupted causing issues like the one in your bank feed. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go to Banking, and then select Banking.
  2. Highlight the bank account you're having problems with under the Bank and Credit Cards section.
  3. Click the Update button. See the image below.

After update, you'll see the latest transactions in your bank feed center. Check out this guide for details: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If there are still missing transactions, you can download it manually via WebConnect file. Click this link for the detailed steps.

Keep me posted if you have other questions or concerns. I'll be around to assist you. Take care and have a great day ahead.
