I can provide clarifications on why one of your banks is missing on the list for accounts to connect.
First, many banks have multiple names on our list. Make sure you’ve selected the correct one or tried all possible links. Second, the bank might not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
Finally, it may not be a participating financial institution. Let’s try other versions of the account that are listed to check if it can connect.
Go to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose Banking to open the Bank and Credit Cards page.
Click the Add account button to open the Connect an account page.
From there, key in the URL in the Enter your bank name or URL field.
Choose your financial institution from the list.
Enter your login credentials and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
If none of these suggestions work, let's request a bank connection for your financial institution. Here’s how:
Tap the Still can't find your bank link to enter your bank's name and web address.
Press the Request button.
In the meantime, you can consider using the WebConnect feature to bring transactions into QBO. The following guide provides detailed instructions about downloading and importing bank data: Manually upload transactions.
Stay in touch if you have any other concerns or questions. I’ll be right here to answer them. Have a good one.
