Question

Qbo is triggering Daily security notifications from my bank. How do I resolve this

I've checked with my bank RBC and they have confirmed that flagged logins are from Intuit

To stop these alerts, contact RBC directly and ask them to whitelist Intuit/QuickBooks as a trusted third-party connection on your account. This is the fastest fix since RBC has already confirmed the logins are from Intuit. They simply need to mark that access as authorized so the alerts stop triggering.

These notifications are happening because QuickBooks connects to your bank daily to automatically download transactions, and RBC's security system is flagging that automated access. Rest assured your credentials are stored with 128-bit SSL encryption. The same standard major banks use and Intuit only accesses your account to pull transaction data on your behalf.
