Quickbooks has been reconciled for both my banking and cc for 01/09/20 and 01/31/20 but it will now not move off those dates .... help!

I'd to verify, are you referring to the date under Add the following information on the Reconcile page? If so, make sure to enter the Ending Date of the next reconciliation to have it updated. 

On the other hand, we can do some troubleshooting steps. Let's start by opening your account in a private browser or incognito since this mode doesn't save any cache or cookies. Then, go back to the Reconcile page.

If the date is updated, then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to refresh the settings. Here's an article for the instructions: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

You can also use a different browser as an alternate solution.
