Question

We have one quickbooks account for our company. We each have the mobile app connected to the same account. One app allows bank deposits and the other does not. Why?

The deposit feature is available on iPhone only, Michael81.

Our engineers are still working to have this feature added on android phones.

While we're working on this, you can access the account using the phone's browser, then make a deposit. I'll guide you with the steps:

  1. Open a browser on your phone, then go to qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click the New or Plus sign (+) icon, then select Bank deposit.
  4. Select the bank account, then select the invoice payment or sales receipt. Or, you can enter funds under Add funds to this deposit, then fill in the necessary fields.
  5. Click Save and close

Thank you for your response.  We both are using iPhones and both have the newest version of the quickbooks app.  Why does mine show an option to add a deposit and my coworkers does not?  Please see the attached screenshots.
