Question

after migrating a bank feed the bank feed list is not showing in the transaction feed

The bank was already registered and just required migrating with new login details. the bank feed list I'm referring to is the registered bank feed. the transaction feed I'm referring to is the Bank Transactions in Accounting

When updating bank feed credentials in QuickBooks Online, the connection to your existing account may drop and it might create a duplicate connection or hide your existing account cards. To ensure your account cards aren't hidden, check your display preferences.

Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps, select Accounting, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Click the dropdown menu near the top right of the account view.

  3. Select Show account cards to display the blue summary boxes for your accounts.

If a duplicate feed was created. Disconnect the newly created account tile, then reconnect your bank through the Chart of Accounts to link it back to your original account.

If it appears, run a manual update to get the latest available transactions. You can also rename it if the name has changed.

  1. Go to All apps, select Accounting, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Locate your registered bank account in the list.

  3. Select the Pending tab and review any pending transactions to add, accept, or match them so nothing is lost.
  4. After reviewing them, select the edit icon on that account's tile, then choose Edit account details.
  5. Update your account details, such as the name, account type, detail type, or description.
  6. Click Save or Save and Close to finish.

If the account is active in your Chart of Accounts but still not rendering on the Bank Transactions page, display issues are often caused by stale browser cache. Log in via an incognito window or another browser to verify if the tile appears.

Since you mentioned you switched to new credentials, how did you update your login details? Did you modify them within your existing account, or did you set up a new connection?
