Question

No NAB support in my linked accounts. Where did it go?

My National Australia Bank link has stopped and now it doesn't appear in the linked account list.

QuickBooks is disconnecting legacy bank feeds as part of the mandatory Australian standard for secure financial data sharing, which is why your old NAB link disappeared from your list. To resolve this, set up a fresh connection using QuickBooks updated Open Banking integration.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account and search for your bank by URL or type National Australia Bank.
  3. Review the consent details, select Agree, and click Continue to sign in to your bank login website. (Note: Make sure to select your Business profile rather than your personal profile so your business accounts appear).
  4. Select the accounts you want to connect and follow the on-screen steps.
  5. Once done, click Connect.
