Yes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) supports connecting multiple bank accounts from different banks. There's no limit on the number of bank accounts you can connect, each one just gets linked to its own corresponding account in the Chart of Accounts.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to All apps, select Accounting, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Click Link account, then search for your second bank by name.
  3. Sign in to your bank by entering your banking username and password. Then select Continue.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to connect.
  5. Select any accounts you want to connect. Then choose the matching account type from your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
  6. If you don’t see the correct account type, from the dropdown, select Add new.
  7. Then, select how far back you want to download transactions. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
  8. Select Connect, then Done.
