I'm here to lend a helping hand so you can pay your 941 taxes, @userfinance-mgr.
When filing taxes you'll need to make sure that your E-Service status is still active. It could be that the setting was changed which can be the reason you're unable to file it electronically.
You can follow these steps:
Click the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
Go to the Electronic Services or E-file and E-pay tab.
Below Electronic Services (E-Services) Enrollment, check the status of the Federal E-Pay & E-File.
If it's still active, verify the taxes that you want to process. Know that overdue taxes can't be paid electronically. You'll need to reach out to your agency to pay/file them.
However, if you haven't enrolled for the said feature yet, you'll need to follow these steps below so you can electronically file and pay taxes.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
In Taxes, select E-file and E-pay.
In the E-pay and E-file Setup page, select E-file and e-pay (recommended).
If you need to enroll an additional state later on, go back to this page and select the new state.
If you haven't connected your bank account yet, enter the bank account info to proceed with the connection. See Connect your bank to online payroll for assistance.
Select E-sign to sign your documents. You can choose to print and sign the documents but make sure to contact us to send it.
If you select E-sign, you'll go through a series of questions to complete and pass.
