Question

All of my options for efile are turned completely off. Yet my tax information was reported to the local DOL. Anybody have any idea?

Hi, @normanrentalowne

I hope your weekend is off to a good start. To clarify, when did you turn off the e-file feature? Did you e-file anything before turning the option off? Once I've received this information, I'll be able to determine a better solution for this problem.

In the meantime, you can check out these links below to provide some helpful information.

I want to make sure that all of your concerns are addressed. I'll be waiting for your response.

No. Ever since we switched from Quickbooks Desktop it has been turned OFF. We have our own accounting firm that does our taxes so it was of utmost importance that it was turned off at all times. The only reason we switched to QBO was because it was cheaper for two users and seemed like it would be more user friendly for what we need but I'm at the point I just want to find new software altogether.
