Question

Anyone else having a problem getting employee payroll information? I keep getting an "internal service error." I need to print a payroll stub immediately and can't.

It's my pleasure to assist you today, jenniferatsignatureelectric.

Let's sort out this Internal Service Error when printing payroll stub by performing some browser troubleshooting steps. We can start isolating this through an incognito window since this doesn't store data in the cache.

Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, try printing the payroll stubs again. The steps vary on which payroll subscription your using. For instructions, check out this article: Printing Checks and Pay Stubs.

If it works, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

For additional troubleshooting options when printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms, check out this article: Troubleshoot printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms.

Should you need additional assistance with this or anything about QuickBooks, please let me know. I'll be around for you. Take care.
