Hello there, carl-texasspi-co.

Yes, there are preset garnishment payroll liability accounts when running payroll. Let's go ahead in the payroll settings to manually change the account if you want. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings under Your Company.
  3. Click Accounting under Preferences.
  4. Scroll down and locate the Other Liability & Asset Accounts
  5. Click the Edit icon to change it.
