By mistake I run payroll two times . How can i fix it?

Let me walk you through deleting duplicate paychecks. I presume you edited the second paychecks you ran and wanted to delete the first you recorded. To do so, you can follow these steps: 

1. Click the Payroll menu and select Employees.
2. Under the Run payroll button, click the Paycheck list link.
3. Enter the date range as to the paycheck's paycheck date. 
4. Select the paychecks to delete and ensure that they are the ones you first recorded.
5. Click Delete and confirm the action.
