Can I pay employees their salary and direct deposit

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is a product which helps self-employed individuals in tracking business-related transactions (income and spending) and calculate the estimated taxes. You will be able to claim your home office and mileage deductions as well.

Right now, the option to pay employees is currently not available. These features are only available in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

You can test out free QuickBooks account for 30 days if you're unsure about committing to a new version.
