You can make a bank deposit in QuickBooks to record the amount. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Click + New.
2. Select Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account ▼ drop-down, choose the account you want to put the money into.
4. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. 
5. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
6. Click Save and close.
