Do i still need to run payroll when there are no wages

You don't need to run payroll if there are no employees to pay, mikehop75.

 

There are still forms generated. However, if you haven't paid any taxes within the quarter the amounts on each line are zero. Once the quarterly forms are ready, you can follow these steps on how to pull them up:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select Payroll Tax
  3. Click Quarterly Forms under Forms.
  4. Select the tax form to view. 
  5. Click View
