Welcome to the Community, NancyC1. I'm here to lend a hand about labor costs in QuickBooks Online.

It can depend if the imported timesheets from TSheets have an expense. Timesheets are non-posting unless you tagged them as billable to the customer. I'll walk you through how to make a billable expense in QBO. Let's make sure that this feature is turned on.

Here's how:

  1. From the Settings icon, select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Expenses tab.
  3. From the Bills and expenses section, click on the Edit pencil icon.
  4. Turn on the following:
    > Show Items table on expense and purchase forms.
    > Track expenses and items by customer.
    >  Make expenses and items billable.
  5. Click on Save.

Once done, here are the steps to bill a customer for an expense:

  1. Click + New and choose the transaction (Bill, Expense, or Check) you want to create.
  2. Select the payee.
  3. In the Category column, select the expense account for the transaction.
  4. Enter the description and amount of the expense, then select the Billable checkbox.
  5. In the Customer column, select the customer you want to bill for this expense.
  6. Select Save and close.

For additional details, please refer to this article: Enter billable expenses.

That should do it! If you have additional concerns, please post them below. I'll be sure to get back to you.
