Employees can log into workforce but they do not have access to their payroll information.

I can see the need to get this issue sorted out, so your employees can access Workforce. Let me share some insights on how to resolve this. I suggest reaching out to our support and have them associate your case to INV-44024.To reach them, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Select or type Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us.
