Welcome to the Community. I'll walk you through the steps you need to take to view and print your 1096 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Highlight the Expenses tab.
2. Select Vendors.
3. Click Prepare 1099s.
4. Enter all the necessary information accurately. Then tap Print and mail.
5. Choose the 1096 form.
6. If everything's accurate, hit Yes, looks good! Then select Print on a 1096 Form.
