Glad to see you here, @eduardoalatorre1,

If you're still in the middle of processing your pay run and haven't submitted the check to Intuit, click on Back to change an employee's hours. However, if you already sent the information there are still options to correct it.

To correct checks before the employees pay date:

  1. Go to the Workers menu then select an Employee's name.
  2. On his profile, click on Paycheck list. If the status shows Not processed yet, you may delete and recreate the paycheck.
  3. Mark the checkbox next to the pay date then press the Delete button.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the action.
  5. Recreate the paycheck with the corrected hours.

Correcting a paycheck after their pay date:

  1. Go to Workers or Payroll menu again.
  2. From the Employees tab, pick the Employee name.
  3. Still on the Paycheck list, review the status of the payroll.
  4. If it shows Processed, contact our Support Team for further assistance.
  5. To contact us, go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  6. Enter the keyword Payroll and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  7. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  8. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a call for callbacks.
  9. When using the messaging option, a small discussion box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor. An agent will be with you after filling in the information. See this:

When you're connected, provide all the information about your concern or request a viewing session with out representative.

To learn more about editing payroll information, see this Community guide: Edit a payroll paycheck.

I want to ensure you're able to process your payroll without any issues. Let me know how things go in the comment. Have a nice day!
