How can i tell if the 941 payment is set up be deducted or do I need to get on ETPS website to pay?

The 941 payment is not automatically deducted when running payroll. To pay the amount, you can either process it through the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) or directly to your tax agency.
