Good afternoon,

Just wondering if there is a way to filter the report by if the employee was paid in 2022. Trying to run a report for the employer to check the employees addresses before we generate W2s for 2022. 🙂

Hi there, @SouthernStacy.

Currently, there isn't a way to run a report to show the payroll details and employee information in one view. As a workaround, you can run two different reports and manually verify if the employee was paid in 2022.

Firstly, you can run the Employee Details report and export it to Excel. To do so, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague Adrian_A above.

Once done, run the Payroll Details report and select Last year from the date range drop-down. Then, export it again to Excel.

From the exported Excel file, compare both reports and verify whose employees are paid in 2022.
