The Delete option is only available to the latest paycheck. Therefore, if you've created paychecks after the one in concern, you will have to delete them first. Be sure to download a copy of the stubs for your references when you recreate them.
On the other hand, if this paycheck wasn't created by mistake, you'll need to keep it on your record until it's encashed by your employee. Otherwise, you will need to report it to your state in compliance with the Escheat law. See about understanding Escheat regulations for unclaimed wages.
Having an unclaimed wage may result in reconciliation issues because your actual bank balance will appear to be higher than your bank register's balance. In this situation, it's best to consult your accountant to help you with the accounting side of your payroll.
