Let’s go to your Payroll Settings and locate your tax account number from there. Here’s how to achieve it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Payroll Settings.
3. Under Taxes, select your preferred State Taxes.
