How do I move my payroll information from QB Pro 19 to our new on line system? I would like everything on one system... not easy. Phil

I appreciate you for using QuickBooks Online (QBO). The option to move or import payroll information from your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Pro 2019 to QBO is currently not available. But, I got a workaround that you can consider. 

You can enter a prior payroll or run it normally in the online version. Let me show you how.

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Payroll menu and then Overview.
3. Select Let’s go to start adding your employees.
4. Enter your employees' info. Then complete questions 1-7, select Done. 
5. Click Add an employee to add the rest of your employees.
6. Complete the onscreen steps 1-7.

Once done, don’t forget to record the prior tax payment. This way, we can ensure the information entered is accurate.
