It's good to see you here in the Community, rhiannon!

I'll be glad to help you check your tax credit out from your overpayment. Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Click View tax payments you have made.
  4. Change the Date Range.
  5. Click Run Report.

From there, you can see all the overpayments tagged as "Resolve Overpayment".

Also, I'll show you the other way of checking tax overpayments. You can see the overpayment under Tax Owed column with the negative amount. Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Reports.
  2. Search for Payroll Tax Liability.
  3. Change the Date Range to the quarter of your reporting needs.
  4. Click Run Report

You can read this article for your reference: Resolving a Tax Overpayment.
