To file the taxes for the past three years, you'll have to contact IRS for your federal taxes and the CA tax agency for the state taxes. They can guide and provide recommendations on how to file the forms.

 

However, if you have a tax advisor, I'd suggest consulting them. They might have specific instructions about the sole proprietorship filing.
