There’s a great chance that this issue is caused by cache. Let‘s access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window to verify.
Piled up cache for a while causes uncommon behavior to the browser and can affect your QBO experience. To start, you can use these keyboard shortcuts below depending on the browser you're using.
For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
For Safari: Command + Option + P
Then, try to print your employee’s paycheck again to double-check. If you’re able to do so with their address, then we’ll need to clear your browser’s cache. This fixes uncommon issue to the browser and optimize its performance.
If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers and see if this is a browser integrated issue.
