Since you're using the automatic tax payments option, we'll be the ones to pay and file your federal and state payroll taxes. That being said, I suggest contacting our payroll support team to settle the incomplete tax payment.
I was trying to change my payroll account. The support person turned off the tax payment to do this.
It now comes on as incomplete tax payment. I was on the phone with support and they were unable to help me turn it back on or make a payment for this tax..
Thank you for informing us that you had contacted our Payroll Support Team to rectify your concern about paying incomplete tax payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I can also see the urgency to pay these taxes to avoid any penalty that may be incurred.
Since the option to resubmit the payment is unavailable, the only way we can pay the following incomplete tax payment is to delete it and resubmit the tax payment.
