Question

I accidentally hit the X and deleted an inactive employee that i was trying to make active what do I do?

Hi there, @jfowler1,

 

Don't worry, you did the right thing. When you click the X mark beside an inactivate employee's name, it means that you have made their profile active.

 

To check that, use these steps to see if the name shows in the Active Employees list:

 

  1. Go to the Employees menu and click Employee Center.
  2. You should see that employee if the filter says Active Employees.
  3. If not, select All Employees. An inactive employee is indicated with an X mark. If you no longer see this, it means their profile is active. Otherwise, click the sign once to remove it.
