You need to put in a request for a call back.

This is a peer user community.  No one will call you back. (FYI, It's not safe to put your phone number or any other personal info where the world can see it)

If you want intuit to call you put in a request through proper channels https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/Contact-the-QuickBooks-Online-Customer-Support...

Welcome back to the Quickbooks Community, granitebay. Thank you for using our services to cater to your business needs all these years. It is genuinely appreciated. If you need to reach Quickbooks support you can do so through your online account:

  1. Go to Help on the top of the page.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Write your question.
  4. Choose the call back feature.
  5. Confirm your name, email address, and number to connect with us.

Nevertheless, I will be delighted to assist you in deleting a payroll check. Here's how for Intuit Online Payroll Enhanced and Accountants:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select the Paycheck List under Paychecks and Paystubs.
  3. Enter or change the data ranges if necessary and choose the check you need to delete.
  4. Click Delete then select OK.

If you are using Intuit Quickbooks Online Payroll Enhanced, follow these steps below:

  1. Go to Workers, then click Employees.
  2. Click Paycheck List under Run Payroll.
  3. Change the dates if necessary, and select the paycheck to remove.
  4. Select Delete
  5. To confirm, mark the checkmark box and select Delete Paycheck.

Once completed, the paycheck will be removed. If you would like to know how to void paychecks in the future, this article includes the instructions and explains what happen to a voided check.

Just a side note, once you void or delete a check, our system will recalculate your tax liabilities. If you end up with an overpayment, it will be applied toward future liability within the current quarter.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I will be around to help. Know that you are welcomed at any time. Take care and enjoy your day.
